First time appointments must be secured with a major credit card and telephone number. To request to schedule an appointment, please fill out the form here and I will get back to you shortly

Cancellations

Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule, please be courteous and notify me as soon as possible. Less than 10 hour notice will result in a 50% charge of service to the credit card on file

Payment

CASH is encouraged and appreciated, Apple Pay, Venmo and local checks are accepted. No credit cards at this time. Gratuity is not included in treatment price
